To our surprise that somebody has forged company’s letterhead and trying to misguide our family members, so we request you all not to get influenced by all this and not to believe.

    "The RBI has asked us to provide financial data to show as a proof for the way Speakasia is working. So as you can observe in this condition we have to show our balance sheet to RBI. For company’s security and privacy we have to reorganize the data so our enemies cannot take benefit of our unique business model. It will take two to three months for us to prepare the required documents."
    documents, me teen months lagenge to kya samjhe, teen month tak kuchh nahi hoga, kya kar rahi thi speakasia team ab tak, kya aapko nahi pata tha ki RBI ko kuchh documents submit karne padenge, qun dhokha de rahe ho logon ko kuchh to logon ke dharya ki kadar karo, Qun SAOL ko band karaane par tule hua ho, abhi tak koi bhi pahal SAOL ki taraf se nahi hai, sab kam court, EOW, so call enemies kar rahe hain SAOL se kisi kaam ki koi ummeed karna........ kya hoga, sab Ram bharose... so sorry Mr.Tarak Bajpai ji, aapki team hi nalayak hai kya karen. Aapke bahar aane ki koi gunjaish filhaal to nahi hai.

    I am a panelist who spent 2laks 13thousand in SAOL so i do desereve to get daily update from SAOL.Listen Mr Manoj Kumar and Harendra kaur i have paid another total amount of 1lak 36thousand to my downlines for their subsription as u r not paying to them so now both of you count the total amount i have spent in SAOL.... When will u return my money?

    20 सितम्बर 2011 को एक सोल एवम RIB के पदाधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में RBI द्वारा कुछ दस्तावेज एवम कुछ सवालो के जवाब 2 हफ्तों में मांगे गए थे जोकि सोल को 4 तारीख तक जमा कराना है. अगर 4 तारीख की बैठक में RBI सोल के बिजनिस मोडल को समझ कर हरी झंडी दे देगी तो सोल को आगे काम करने की अनुमति मिल सकती है.

    स्पिक एशिया के पेनलिस्ट द्वारा दायर की गयी PIL की सुनवाई इस तारीख को माननीय उच्च न्यायलय में है. इस सुनवाई में RBI MCA एवम ROC भी शामिल होंगे तथा सोल की ओर से भारत के 5 शीर्ष वकील होंगे जिनका प्रतिनिधित्व मुकुल रह्तोगी जी करेंगे.

    माननीय मुंबई हाई कोर्ट में चल रही सोल सुनवाई के जज की पदोन्नति सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हो जाने की वजह से दुसरे जज आ जाने की वजह से एवम आने वाले महीने दुर्गा उत्सव की छुट्टियों के मद्देनजर अगली सुनवाई 12 अक्टूम्बर 2011 को है जिसमे EOW ROC एवम MCA शामिल होंगे लगभग सभी जाँच अजन्सियो ने (EOW ROC MCA SFIO ) ने अपनी जाँच पूर्ण कर ली है केवल RBI को सोल के दस्तावेजो की जाँच 4 अक्टूम्बर को करेगी.

    अब तक किसी भी जाँच कम्पनी को कुछ अतिरिक्त दोष नजर में नहीं आया है जैसा की आप सभी को पता है. अब माननीय अदालत पर पूर्ण निर्भर करता है की वो अपना फैसला कब तक सुनाये. जाँच एजेंसी को जाँच करने में वक़्त लगना लाजमी है पर हर हर बीतते वक़्त के साथ हम लक्ष्य की ओर बड़ रहे है. हमारे पक्ष में फैसला आना महज वक़्त की बात है.

    Police arrests CA for his alleged role in Speak Asia Scam

    Mumbai: A chartered accountant was arrested here on Thursday in connection with his alleged role in the Singapore-based online survey company SpeakAsia’s multi-level marketing scam taking the total number of arrests in the case to six, police said.
    “Acting on a tip off, the accused Santosh Dandona, a chartered accountant and financial advisor to the controversial company, was today picked up from the city,” Rajvardhan Sinha, Additional Police Commissioner (EOW), said.
    “Dandona, who was subsequently arrested, had started a financial company called Critanz Management Pvt Ltd that was used to transfer money of SpeakAsia outside India,” said Sinha.
    The city police earlier had arrested SpeakAsia’s Chief Operating Officer in India (COO) Tarak Bajpai, Financial Manager Ravi Khanna, the web portal’s technicians, Rajeev Malhotra and Rais Khan and panelist Deepankar Sarkar.
    SpeakAsia had promised lucrative returns through a multi-marketing pyramid model. The firm allegedly duped over 12 lakh investors, also called as panelists to the tune of Rs 1300 crore, by assuring them commission if they introduced new members, police said.

    Sir , in earlier comments in tbb or mobiclub that PIL of SC and HC are different things and saol cases are different. these should be not mixed each other. saol working should not depend on pil dates. please try to understand my words that when pil dates should not depend on saol working, so why not company release the server from eow. what is going wrong in eow investigtions or efforts of company. wait by penalists are painful and loose the confidence in all. no RM or AM communicated us regularly. communication is healing the bad situations . but still we are proud to be speakasians.

    Online survey firm Speak Asia’s surveys for its investor-panelists were sourced mostly from Wikipedia and other sites on the Internet, and not from clients based abroad, the investigation by the Economic Offences Wing of Mumbai police has revealed.
    The EOW, on Friday, arrested a web designing firm’s owner who allegedly prepared surveys for Speak Asia from information he gathered through the Internet. Speak Asia’s claim that its surveys were sourced to clients abroad who wanted feedback from consumers in India, has fallen flat following revelations by him.
    Nayan Khandor, 25, owner of Brand Saloon Inc. was arrested by EOW on Friday evening and following a search at his office in Dadar, cops seized material that suggested his firm’s relationship with Speak Asia. “We are in possession of Khandor’s electronic communication with Speak Asia’s Manoj Sharma, the bills Speak Asia paid for, and the unsent surveys he did for Speak Asia,” said an EOW official.
    According to police, Khandor claimed he was aware that the surveys he was doing for Speak Asia were not being used for any genuine purpose. Speak Asia used to pay him anything between Rs 30,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh per survey.
    “In one of the emails exchanged between Khandor and Seven Rings India, a Speak Asia concern, Khandor was given a list of topics that were to be considered for future surveys. The topics included use of scooters, deodorants, talcum powder, washing machines, power saving etc,” said EOW sources. Khandor and his team would search information related to the above topics on Wikipedia and other sites on the Internet and prepare a survey. It would be sent to Seven Rings India or Tusliantek company in Delhi.
    From Delhi, the survey, after approval by top bosses, was uploaded on a Singapore-based server to be sent to hundreds of panelists who were supposed to respond to it.
    Speak Asia bosses have maintained so far that the surveys were commissioned by companies abroad and the income from these surveys was being distributed among the investor-panelists. Each panelist had to conduct four surveys a month for which he was paid Rs 500 per survey.
    Khandor will be produced in court on Saturday and EOW authorities said they will seek his police custody for further interrogation. On Thursday, EOW had arrested Speak Asia financial consultant Sanjeev Dandona. According to EOW, Dandona was proxy owner of Kritanj Management, a firm associated with Speak Asia.

    reality to yeh hai k jaha paiso ka matter dikha waha ghus jate hai ye corrupt govt k log apna hissa lene koi bhi committe ya team bana k..or apna CUT lene k baad gayab ho jate hai dhoovey ki tarah..

    mujhe to lag raha hai k EOW walo ne team speakasia ko offer kiya hoga k ghotala to tum kar hi chuke ho bharat ki maasum janta k karodo rupe loot kar .. ab seedhe se hume hamara hissa (CUT) de do or bhag jao india se hum khud aapko airport chhodne aayenge see off karne ..baki sab hum yaha nipat lenge..wese bhi itihaas gawah hai ke india me corruption ka level kin uchaaiyo tak pahucha hua hai..EOW agar corrupt raha to uske liye 1 or jaanch committe banayenge ..bas or ye system aise hi chalta rahega..

    lekin ab time aa chuka hai .. agar ab bhi aap logo ne speakasia,RBI,or govt. ke against aawaj nahi uthaai to ...jesa k mene upar likha hai kya pata wesa ho bhi chuka ho...or nahi to aisa ho bhi jayega or kisi ko kano kan khabar bhi nahi lagegi..

    positive umeed rakhna achhi baat hai lekin haath per haath dhare baithana bhi koi akalmandi ki baat nahi hai..

    I am loosing trust in the response from the Speakasia Team Management. It is high time Soal resumes operation and start to pay its panelist. Else all the trust in the company will be lost and company will shutdown by itself no need for any external source to do anything. And all the people who have invested the hard earned money in the company with loose its money and I am also going to be answerable to panelist who have joined because of me.

    स्पेअकसिया के खिलाफ अभी तक कोई भी ठोस सबूत नहीं है फिर भी सभी उसी के पीछे पड़े हुए है इतनी सारी कम्पनियाँ भारत में चल रही है उसकी जाँच-पड़ताल करने की किसी को फुर्सत नहीं है
    जिस कंपनी से २०,००,००० लोगो का परिवार अछे से चल रहा था उस कंपनी को बंद करने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. भ्रस्ट नेता और भ्रस्ट कानून का इस से बड़ा उदहारण दुनिया में कंही और नहीं
