Communication from Chairperson & CEO Office



Dear Panelists,
Greetings,
This note to all of you is to refute some reports in the media on the fate of the company’s petition in the Supreme Court of India. The Honorable court has not dismissed our petition nor has made any adverse remarks against the company. The petition filed was withdrawn with no consequence by the company on the advice from very senior legal counsels.
On their advice we have and are taking various steps to protect your immediate interests such execution of the exit policy, business as usual and the long-term interest of your company. Our legal team, which incidentally is one of the best in the country, has been working relentlessly in this direction. The opinion of all these eminent lawyers is that we have not done anything illegal or have contravened the law in any manner whatsoever. They have assured us that we should expect some respite by the 10th September 2011.
I personally request each one of you to stand by the company in this hour of need and help us resole the crises. We will only emerge stronger and greater from all this.
I will keep you posted of all developments as and when it happens.

    we have full faith in saol, and it was very sure that saol will come back with full bang, every speakasian have shown faith in the saol from last 4 months and why the faith has been shaken from last 2-3 weeks, its only due to not having information from saol, but the now problem has been solved and definately the saol will start again.,

    Dear mam thank you for giving this opportunity. I have a query about Bangladesh operation. We didn't find any management body in Bangladesh though SAOL is registered in Bangladesh. We 2 lacs Bangladeshi panelists are completely in dark. We don't know actually what type of problem presently SAOL is facing in Bangladesh.

    its not in the hands of speakasia to come back as all apeakasian wishes. v will be back after winning the battle legally. it will be better for v to run faster in future. so that no such scenes r created here after.
    i request,(concern person)to make a least of all those ,who dont want speakasia to come back. the day v won our battle from SUPREME COURT.DISSASTER of d persons in least should start the same day.I want few RTI professionals,ATTACK IS THE BEST WAY TO DEFEND.Things will be done in leagle manner.(keeping law and order in mind). INDIA mae koi bhi aadmi doodh ka dhoola nahi hai.
    The persons behind falling speakasia too r not 100% corruct.V want there -ive points, in any aspects.incomtax, wealth,etc.etc.
    5th month is running, all related to speakasia r suffering.I want to make them suffer 10 times more than us.After restart of SOAL,MY PRIME WORK WILL BE THE LIST OF PERSONS.
    I will need some support.I WILL APPROCH ASSOCIATION. WILL PLAN AND THEN START WORKING.MERE DICTONARY MAE MAAFI NAAM KA LABS NAHI HAI. JAI HIND

    Thanks for the update Mam. I have put in a total of Rs. 2,13,000/- of our hard earned savings that we had, in the month of May 2011 and till date we have not received a single rupee in return for the surveys completed. Its really motivating to read the positive comments by the panelists, but am sure most of them must have recovered the money put-in by them plus must have earned out of it too. You know people like me will only believe in the company when we get our hard earned money back.

    I TOOK LOAN FROM BANK AND INVESTED, I DIDNT EARNED A SNGLE RUPEE FROM IT. BUT I HAVE FAITH ON CONCEPT, AND THE COMPANY. AFTER HAVING SUCH A FENTASTIC CONCEPT , NOER IT. BUT 1 QUESTION still arises, how the payments are arranged, survey incom+pair incom,binary incom,sponcer servey commission incom etc, etc ? monthly monthly , aakhir kab tak. aapna earning sources kya kya hai ? ans to my doubt.     Lots of members in my team have joined on April by talking six lakh each in interest from the market. And now they neither in a position to give the interest nor can stay at home. I have tried to educate them about exit options and all the latest updates of SAOL management ( chairperson & CEO ) All of them will wait upto Sept 11th, otherwise they will lodge an FIR against me as well as against the company, And indirectly threatened me that they will get their money back from me by any means.

    There are many feelings when it comes to people's money; however, in a court of law, facts prevail. No panellists can demand repayment from another panellists even when it is their up-line or direct sponsor.

    Downline panellists should realize that we are all in the same difficult position and that the sponsor panellist or the company itself are not responsible for the actions of the various government institutions and their actions. We have to stop threatening each other and do as the professional expectation is: wait for the final court verdict.

    इस कंपनी ने बार बार हमे बेवकूफ बनाया है हर बार एक नया बहाना बनाया है. इनकी इन हरकतों की वजाह से आज मेरा विश्वास इस कंपनी से और हर उस इंसान से उठ गया है जो multi level marketing की बात भी मुझसे करेगा. मेरा पैसा ज़रूर फसा है पर मुझे एक सीख भी मिली है.. मैं भी Police complaint करने को तैयार हूँ.
